Cancellation and Payment Policy

For cancellations 60 days or more before arrival, the deposit is fully refunded.

For cancellations 30 to 59 days before arrival, the deposit is retained and is non-refundable.

For cancellations 1 to 29 days before arrival, the full booking amount must be paid.

For bookings made close to the scheduled arrival date, payment, settlement and cancellation terms are agreed separately and communicated to the guest before the booking is confirmed.

A booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit has been paid, or in accordance with the specific terms agreed for that booking.

Please note: The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is charged in addition to the accommodation price and is payable by the guest per room or apartment, per night. The fee is €2 per room per night for bookings from 1 April to 31 October inclusive.
